Project Silent Invaders: A Comprehensive Heavy Metal Toxicity Educational Series 🌿
In our modern world, we face invisible threats that accumulate silently in our bodies over decades - heavy metals that infiltrate our daily lives through countless pathways, affecting our health in ways we're only beginning to understand. Project Silent Invaders represents a comprehensive educational journey through the 13 most significant heavy metals impacting human health today. ⚡
This series was born from both scientific necessity and deeply personal experience. As someone who has walked the path of heavy metal toxicity recovery - including a life-changing near-death experience on 11/11/11 that revealed the devastating effects of lead, mercury, and other metals on my system - I understand that knowledge without hope is simply burden. Our purpose is to illuminate, educate, and empower, not to frighten. 🔍
The 13 Silent Invaders We Explore:
🔸 Cadmium - The stealth toxin hiding in cigarette smoke and contaminated foods
🔸 Mercury - The neurological disruptor from dental amalgams and environmental pollution
🔸 Cesium - The radioactive metal from nuclear fallout and medical procedures
🔸 Barium - The contrast agent and environmental contaminant affecting multiple systems 🔸 Gadolinium - The MRI contrast metal with concerning tissue retention
🔸 Nickel - The ubiquitous allergen in jewelry, cookware, and everyday items
🔸 Tin - The food packaging metal with subtle but significant health impacts
🔸 Thallium - The "perfect poison" with devastating neurological effects
🔸 Lead - The historical destroyer of civilizations, still affecting millions today
🔸 Tungsten - The emerging industrial concern with growing health implications
🔸 Antimony - The flame retardant and industrial metal disrupting cellular function
🔸 Aluminum - The lightweight metal with heavy consequences for brain health
🔸 Arsenic - The ancient poison still contaminating water and food supplies
Our Approach: Science Meets Wisdom 💫
Each Silent Invaders piece combines:
✨ Medical Accuracy - Evidence-based information about sources, symptoms, and cellular mechanisms
✨ Healing Wisdom - Theta healing perspectives and nature-based restoration approaches ✨ Personal Journey - Real experiences from someone who has walked this path
✨ Empowered Action - Prevention strategies and supportive detoxification methods
✨ Hope-Centered Messaging - "All Will Be Well" philosophy that inspires rather than frightens
Why This Matters Now 🌍
Heavy metal toxicity represents one of the most underdiagnosed health challenges of our time. From children's developmental issues to adult chronic diseases, these Silent Invaders affect millions while remaining largely invisible to conventional medicine.
The Path Forward 🌈
Knowledge illuminates our journey toward health and healing. When we understand how these metals enter our bodies, affect our systems, and can be safely eliminated, we reclaim our power to protect ourselves and future generations.
This isn't about living in fear - it's about living in awareness. It's about understanding that our bodies have remarkable resilience and natural detoxification pathways that, when properly supported, can restore balance and vitality.
All Will Be Well. ✨

Why the Mask? During the county council meetings regarding Puna and geothermal, several community members were offered these masks through the counties suggestion that this is what we use when there is ever a blowout of H2S Gas from the drilling less than a mile from the home.
I was never told by the property owner that the specific property I lived on was already a known health hazard. Leaving me there to care for the land, animals and gardens and businesses while they were “off island”. I paid rent starting at 400 a month ending in 600 a month from 2009-2020. I never missed a payment.
I always smelled the gas at the “bottom” gate coming in, but H2S deadens your senses, and you don't realize you are swimming in a pool of toxins you don’t smell it until you leave and then come back. I was told that it was steam from the lava venting.
I asked what the sound I heard at night was and was told that it was the ocean, when it was really the drills only 1 mile up hill at the PGV plant. I resided at 420 altitude and the drills were straight uphill 1 mile driveway at 750 altitude I believe. The drilling forces gas through the crevices that builds up in pockets at lower altitudes.
Do I have to say that this is careless disregard for human life? How about careless disregard for the animals lives.
My first chelation was in 2017, my second chelation was in 2019, and my third chelation (below) from 2020. The things that changed in the first year to the third year is an increase in mercury and a decrease in cadmium. Below are the 2017 and 2020 Toxic Metals post chelation for comparison.
