In our continuing exploration of heavy metals that affect our health, today we turn our attention to antimony - a lesser-known but increasingly prevalent toxin in our modern environment.
Like many silent invaders, antimony has woven itself into the fabric of our daily lives - from the flame-retardant furniture in our living rooms to the electronics we can't seem to live without. Even the plastic water bottles we grab for convenience may harbor this hidden guest when exposed to heat.
My journey with heavy metal toxicity that culminated on 11/11/11 opened my eyes to how these invisible elements affect our wellbeing. While mercury and cadmium often steal the spotlight in conversations about toxic metals, antimony deserves our careful attention as well.

I am still not 100% and I have insurance, however, it does not cover the chelations or the many holistic approaches needed to be free of these toxins.

He is a holistic physician, a psychiatrist, family therapist, a homeopathic physician, an Ayurvedic Practitioner and a Chinese herbalist. He is the author of 12 (or more) books, a yogi, a rabbi, a healer and founder of the Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center. I read the book Spiritual Nutrition while on my healing journey just 1 week prior to going into surgery in 2014 for a hysterectomy. I was fresh into my fast and working on clearing out the toxins in my body, however, I was still steeped in the toxic environment.

As you move through this shimmering gateway, visualize yourself arriving at a sacred healing spring. The water glows with a gentle blue-white light, pulsing with purifying energy.
Take a moment to feel the strength of Hanuman supporting you - embodying "Unwavering Devotion," "Discipline and Determination," and "Selfless Service." His courage becomes your courage.
Now, visualize antimony within your body as tiny metallic particles with a dull gray glow. See them clearly - in your lungs, your bloodstream, your tissues.
Place your hands over your heart and speak these words:
"From the Red of her Molten Core To the Orange of the Cavern Floors To the Yellow Grains of Shifting Sand To the Green Growing Ones of the Land To the Blue, Blue Waters, Drinking in the Sky To the Indigo Tapestry of Universal Space and Time..."
As you recite each line, visualize that color of light moving through your body, dissolving the antimony particles:
Red light purifies your root, your foundation
Orange light cleanses your creative center
Yellow light strengthens your power center
Green light opens your heart to healing
Blue light purifies your expression
Indigo light awakens your inner wisdom
Now imagine stepping into the healing spring. As you immerse yourself, the luminous water draws out the antimony particles from every cell, every tissue, every organ.
