Part II of Sacred Sexuality

When we have experienced deep violation, our Prana (life force) often retreats from the surface of the skin to the core of the body as a survival mechanism. These rituals are designed to gently “call the spirit back” into the limbs and the senses, rebuilding Ojas (inner resilience) and soothing the Vata (nervous system) imbalance that follows trauma.

This is a photo of me at 47 years old, FOUR MONTHS after my Pulmonary Embolism and DVT 11/05/11 and Ascension into the Celestial Ꭴल Presence of Creator in the Star Nations on 11/11/11 with discharge from HMC on 11/13/11. There is medical record evidence of the DVT and multiple emboli scattered throughout both lobes of my lungs. However, everyone claimed the hospitalization was due to alcohol and mental health issues. NOT THE CASE AT ALL. This was the start of denial of the poisoning that was all around me and the cover up of physical illness, desecrating my body and my future. This photo from March 2012 has sacred thrreads that were taken from me by November 2023 in the continued harassment and treat to my life.I was steep in my desire to learn everything about Ayurvedic practices. Yoga, Diet, Dance, Prayer, Community … You can see by my physical appearance, I was physically vibrant and healthy. This should have never happened to me unless an acute sudden process of poisoning, or … the gradual release of gases from the H2S leaks on property that I lived on and being outside the EMF ranges that kept them from bubbling up. It’s a theory that I have from understanding Ayurveda. Kapha, Pitta, VattaHealing past the trauma … I share this knowledge with you …

The Sanctuary Within: 5 Ayurvedic Rituals for Reclaiming Your Body

1. Warm Oil Anointing (Abhyanga as Prayer)

In Sanskrit, Sneha means both “oil” and “love.” When you massage yourself with warm oil, you are literally wrapping yourself in love.

  • The Ritual: Use organic sesame or almond oil. Warm it slightly.

  • The Intention: Instead of a vigorous massage, use slow, rhythmic strokes. As you touch your arms, legs, and torso, whisper: “I am back. I am here. This is my temple.” This seals the “energetic leaks” in the aura and creates a protective boundary.

3. The “Golden Shield” Breath (Pranayama)

Sexual trauma can cause us to hold our breath or breathe shallowly in the chest.

  • The Ritual: Sit comfortably. Inhale for a count of 4, hold for 4, and exhale for 8.

  • The Intention: The long exhale signals the vagus nerve to move from “fight/flight” into “rest/restore.” Imagine a golden light expanding from your heart with every breath, forming a shield that only allows love to enter and exit.

4. Earth Connection (Bhoomi Devi Pranam)

In Ayurveda, the Earth is our ultimate mother. She can hold the “heavy” energy that we cannot carry ourselves.

  • The Ritual: If possible, walk barefoot on grass or soil. If indoors, sit on the floor instead of a chair.

  • The Intention: Physically touch the ground. Mentally offer the “weight” of your memories to the Earth. She is vast enough to compost your pain into new growth. Tell her: “Mother, hold this for me until I am strong enough to carry my own light.”

5. Scenting the Soul (Nasya & Aromatherapy)

The sense of smell is the only sense with a direct pathway to the emotional brain (the limbic system). The scent of your Lover’s armpit is an aphrodisiac.

  • The Ritual: Use a drop of Rose or Sandalwood oil on your wrists or a gentle Nasya (medicated oil in the nose).

  • The Intention: Rose is the frequency of Divine Love; Sandalwood is for sacred grounding. Using these scents creates a “sensory anchor,” helping you stay present in the now when the mind tries to pull you back to the then.

I leave you with this thought today.... ♥⁀˚⋆.‿☆

Healing is not a linear climb; it is a spiral. Some days the oil will feel like heaven; other days, touch may feel difficult. Be patient with your temple. It is being rebuilt by the most skilled architect in the universe: Your own Soul.
